2. Purposes & Legal Basis

We process personal data for the purposes of responding to inquiries (contact form), sending newsletter updates (with consent), and providing admin access (legitimate interest).

3. Data Categories

We collect name, email address, and message content (contact form); email address (newsletter); and session data for admin authentication.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with hosting providers, email service providers (e.g. Brevo), and analytics providers where applicable.

5. Third Countries

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

6. Retention

Contact submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond and for legitimate business purposes. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian supervisory authority (Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Wien, https://www.dsb.gv.at).

8. Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
